Read this way: the pipeline is currently bunched at two points. Three companies are waiting on a purchase order and three are at mockup demo. Nobody is sitting at exploratory call, which means new lead flow is the thing to watch next week, not conversion.

5

Deals with
no value

One live and four lost. Real pipeline is therefore understated.

Package mix: five Core at S$1,698, one Premium and one Business at S$2,700 each, and five with no package recorded. Core is doing the volume, and the two larger packages are both sitting in the purchase order stage right now, so the next fortnight decides whether the bigger tickets land.

Worth noting: none of the four lost deals ever had a value recorded, so we cannot yet say what the S$33 in every S$100 of lost opportunity was actually worth. Pricing a deal at first contact, even as an estimate, fixes this for the next report.

++++++ ++++++
/05CYCLE SPEED · SLOW OR FAST

Straight answer first: the tracker records the stage a deal is in now, but it does not yet record the date a deal moved between stages. So exact time spent in each stage cannot be measured for this first report. What follows is what the data genuinely supports, and the first improvement below fixes the gap for next time.

ACTIVE DEALS · AVERAGE AGE8 days
OLDEST LIVE DEAL · CK TAN18 days
JUNE BATCH BEFORE MARKED LOST35 days
AURELLE · ONBOARDING TO HANDOVER34 days

Fast: the new intake is moving quickly. The six companies added since 10 July average roughly eight days in the pipeline and are progressing, with San Ho already at mockup demo one day after entry.

Slow: the June batch is the problem. Chic Coook, Livepure and Luxury Mattress sat for 35 days before anyone marked them lost. That is over a month of a pipeline that looked larger than it truly was. Two live deals are also past their own expected close date, CK Tan by four days and Space Design by five.

The bottleneck: purchase order. Three of seven live deals are parked there, including both S$2,700 tickets. That single stage holds S$7,098 of the S$12,192 still to close.

/06DELIVERY BENCHMARK · AURELLE + AESTHETICS

One project has gone the full distance, so it sets the house standard until there is a second. These dates are taken from the actual signed records, not from memory.

34 DAYS TOTAL
HEALTHY CYCLE BENCHMARK · 34 DAYS FROM BRIEF TO SIGNED HANDOVER

Is 34 days healthy? Yes, for a ten page build it is a reasonable and repeatable pace, and the design approval inside eight days was genuinely quick. The one slip was at the end: handover landed 8 July against a 1 July target, seven days late. The delay was not in the building, it was in waiting on the final logo and confirmed prices from the client.

Use it as the yardstick: brief to approval in 8 days, approval to live in under 26, signed off inside 34. Any project drifting past 40 days should be flagged in this report.

/07HOW TO TIGHTEN THE CYCLE

01 · Timestamp every stage change

The tracker knows where a deal is, not when it got there. Recording the date of each stage move would let the next report show exactly how many days a deal spends at mockup, at purchase order and in build.

Why it matters: without it, "is our cycle slow" can only ever be answered by feel. It is a one time change to the CRM.

02 · Put a clock on the purchase order

Three of seven live deals sit at purchase order, holding S$7,098. Agree a rhythm: chase on day three, escalate to the telco account manager on day seven, and give the client a dated deadline rather than an open one.

Why it matters: this is the single stage between a verbal yes and revenue, and both of the largest deals are stuck in it.

03 · Set a decision deadline

The June batch sat 35 days before being called lost. Adopt a rule: no clear decision within 21 days moves the deal to closed lost, or it gets escalated. It can always be reopened.

Why it matters: a pipeline padded with dead deals overstates the forecast and hides where the real work is.

04 · Price every deal at first contact

Five of twelve carry no value and four of those are lost. Even a best guess based on the likely package makes the pipeline figure real and lets lost revenue be measured.

Why it matters: we currently cannot say what the four lost deals were worth, so the cost of losing them is invisible.

05 · Book go live only once content is in

Aurelle slipped seven days waiting on a logo and final prices, not on build time. Set the go live date after the client's content and assets have actually arrived, and make the content deadline explicit at onboarding.

Why it matters: it protects the promise made to the client and removes the most common cause of a late handover.

06 · Look at where leads come from

Ten of twelve came through StarHub and only one through MyRepublic. Worth a conversation about whether MyRepublic lead flow needs attention, or whether the split simply reflects where the activity has been.

Why it matters: with nobody at exploratory call this week, new lead flow is the constraint on next month, not conversion.
/08OPEN QUESTION FOR DISCUSSION

Payment cycle clarity and verification

  • Raised for the cadence call, deliberately left open rather than answered here.
  • When does the payment clock start: purchase order signed, go live, or handover sign off?
  • Who verifies that payment has been received, and against which record?
  • What is the agreed payment term, and how is it evidenced on both sides?

The CRM now carries a purchase order date, a payment receipt date and secure document upload for both, so whatever is agreed can be recorded and evidenced from the next deal onward.
